Executive Board of Directors
The Executive board of directors is ultimately responsible to see that the Council's mission is fulfilled. The Board is also responsible for managing the business operations, financial planning, and securing the needed resources to operate the Council. The Board's duties include:

Oversee the development of the 5 year strategic plan for the organization |

Approve annual Work Plan Developed by the Vision Team |

Hire, supervise, evaluate staff |

Plan and conduct the Annual Meeting of the Council |

Prepare and annual report to the Council |

Financial Planning for the organization |

Fundraising to secure needed resources |

Plan organizational evaluation and assessment |
